Kerry joins us with extensive experience in Facilities Management and luxury residential construction. His previous experience includes Quality Assurance, Estate Management and Customer Care & Warranty for Gulf Bay Homes/Fiddlers Creek and, most recently, Seagate Development Group. Kerry is skilled in relationship management (vendor, team and client), developing preventative management strategies and resolving complex operational and customer service-related challenges.
He was born and raised on the family farm in Nebraska, and then spent 20 years in Chicago, IL, where he had a corporate career in International HR Consulting. Kerry and his family moved to Naples, Florida in 2017.
Kerry is licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager.
